Job Description
- 需求分析与销售支持：负责非道路电动化产品的技术销售支持，深度挖掘客户需求，提供定制化解决方案。
- 客户开发与维护：拓展海内外重点行业客户资源，制定针对性销售策略，达成业绩目标。
- 跨部门协作：协调技术团队完成产品演示、方案设计及投标文件编制，确保全流程服务衔接。
- 市场与竞品分析：监控非道路电动化领域动态，输出竞品分析报告，优化销售策略。
- 客户场景解决方案：分析工程机械客户生产痛点，提供电动化升级的技术实施方案。
Qualifications
- 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、工业信息化等相关专业优先。
- 行业经验：1-3年非道路电动化/工程机械领域技术销售或方案工程师经验（应届生优秀者可适当放宽）。
- 案例要求：具备非道路车辆（叉车/装载机/挖机等）B2B解决方案销售或项目经验优先。
- 技能要求：熟练使用CRM系统，掌握技术方案演示及基础商业谈判技能；熟悉电动化系统组件（电机、控制器等）优先。
- 语言能力：具备英文工作文档处理能力（CET-6及以上优先）。
