Job Description
1. 负责包装和发货区的日常管理，包含操作流程，实物流，信息流和冻结物料库存管理。
2. 一线自有员工管理，包含：排班，员工纪律，安全生产，绩效评估等。
3. 达成关键指标（安全操作/工作效率/库存准确率/客户投诉/内部废品损失等等）。
4. 提高流程效率并消除浪费，推动建议系统的实施和持续改进。
5. 监控包装和发货区日常KPI完成情况。
6. 负责与计划和销售等部门的日常沟通，协调解决特殊问题。
7. 提高现场BPS成熟度。
8.员工操作技能培训及员工能力发展。
9.负责第三方员工的管理，包含：绩效考核，绩效改进等。
10.中长期的发货区资源计划，包含人数，预算，投诉，面积等等。在计划范围内的成本控制。
Qualifications
知识/技巧:
_ 全日制大学本科以上。
_ 精益物流经验，有带团队的经历优先。
_ ERP系统知识，例如SAP，WMS知识优先。
_ 办公软件的使用（Excel, PPT, Word, Visio…）。
_ 流程设计能力。
_ 良好的沟通能力。
_ 英语书面及口语表达流畅。
_ 性格开朗，有团队精神和良好的沟通能力。
_ 诚实正直，有责任感，能承受工作压力。
