Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责LV2行车自动驾驶系统功能（ACC/LCC/LKA/ELKA/TSI/TLA）需求和技术规范定义，整理编制相关需求文档，且需求具有可落地和合理性。
2.负责需求分析及分解，包括场景需求，ODD定义。 定义场景失效的checker。并与架构review需求，实现感知拆解，规划控制模块接口、链路和计划方案确认。
3.负责客户项目技术问题追踪，分析测试问题，落实方案并识别技术风险，确保系统设计的合理性和可行性，并牵头推动技术问题解决。
4. 负责摄像头和雷达产线EOL/售后/动态标定的需求定义，方案梳理，与开发和测试合作完成标定功能的开发以及客户端标定问题分析和解决。
5. 跨团队、跨部门沟通合作解决系统关键问题。
Qualifications
职位要求：
1.计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业本科以上；
2.有自动驾驶、ADAS或AD产品系统开发和应用经验3年+，有开发经验更优；
3.对于问题定义，分析有着非常强的能力，具有结构化、系统化思维；
4.有智能驾驶大规模量产经验优先；
5.快速学习的能力；
6.良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力和问题解决能力。
