Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our organization. In this role, you will take an active part in operational processes, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within a dynamic international environment.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across systems
  • Perform PPC (Production Planning & Control) calculations and support operational planning processes
  • Provide analytical support for appliance cost development and cost optimization initiatives
  • Support IB sales reporting, including IMS and TIP calculations
  • Coordinate and track CTG and BSC metrics in line with performance management frameworks
  • Manage whiteboard coordination and cross-functional alignment activities
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize dashboards using Power BI and Power Query
  • Lead data-driven improvement projects leveraging AI-based analytics
  • Analyze and integrate external data sources, including TÜİK reports, into internal reporting and insights

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • 3rd year undergraduate or master student, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Economics
  •  Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong problem solving skills with an entrepreneur mindset
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit with eagerness to learn
  • SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA (macro) knowledge
