负责客户沟通、项目汇报及客户软件文档交付，确保客户满意度。
负责监控开发进度，跟踪里程碑与交付成果，确保项目按计划推进。
负责追踪和改进项目开发过程中的软件质量关键绩效指标，保障高质量交付。
负责管理项目风险，牵头制定有效解决方案，确保项目风险可控。
协调项目团队成员，分配任务、管理工作量，促进有效沟通与协作，确保项目顺利执行。
协同质量过程管理及跨职能团队，支持开发流程优化，提升整体项目开发效率。
Qualifications
任职要求：
专业技能（技术/经验/学历/专业）
拥有软件工程、电子、车辆工程、控制工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历。
具备软件开发、测试或架构经验，深入理解软件开发流程及测试方法。
行业背景优先：汽车行业，消费电子行业亦可考虑。

良好的沟通与团队协作能力
具备按时、按质、按成本交付的责任意识
客户导向，具备自驱力与担当精神
基础的英语语言能力
