Job Description

To work independently on the following task.
1. To setup derivative test systems for product lines based on CoC guideline with following requirement:
a. To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within planned budget.
b. On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig purchase)
c. Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
d. To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown effectively and maintain test systems in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement in test system.

3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure and CoC guideline. To achieve defined test coverage and ensure alignment and calibration process is in line with test procedure.

4. To support line for troubleshooting in test system.

5. General support on following:
a. To coordinate daily production related activity on overall line testers, focusing TFOR, FPY.
b. To plan and coordinating on overall tester improvement, line rate increase activity and scheduling after SOP.
c. To monitor overall tester performance – TFOR/ FPY and drive for improvement activity
d. To coordinate change management as per DUT SW release and HW changes
e. To analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
f. To plan and liaise with buy off team for test station buy off.

6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Able to work as team in transferring technical known how.
  • Able to source for off shelf solution to meet production testing need.
  • Able to design new test concept /platform base on product and market need.
