- 开发新工艺，用于机械加工、装配和液压测试，以优化现有生产或满足新产品的制造要求；
- 领导职能团队或项目团队，负责业务目标或项目交付成果的达成
Qualifications
- 对于技术与创新抱持有强力的热情与好奇心
- 机械工程、通信工程、电气工程硕士学位，或其它等同专业硕士学位；
- 在生产或制造领域拥有 0-2 年的工作经验；
- 拥有机械加工技术、装配、自动化和机器人技术的基本知识；
- 拥有机器学习 /LLM/ 图像处理等经验，尤其是制造领域的经验者优先；
- 熟悉 Power BI/Apps ， Python ， C++ ， SQL 等；
- 流利的中文和英语口头和书面沟通技能，懂德语者优先；
- 具有良好人际交往技能的战略和逻辑思想家和技术爱好者；
- 高度激励，自我驱动，目标和未来导向，团队精神和合作心态。
