【职位描述】
1.协调/领导内部团队根据市场要求开发新系统功能，同时释放于客户项目；
2.泊车/行车系统客户项目的日常管理；
3.计划和指导项目开发里程碑（内部和外部），并监控进度（硬件，系统，软件等）；
4.与客户，供应商和项目团队协商交付时间和内容；
5.负责交付系统的整体质量；
6.协调/领导迭代计划和周期会议，定期提供项目状态报告；
7.项目风险管理，监控和保证项目绩效指标到达目标；
8.管控，维护并调整项目预算；
9.支持团队整合所有项目预算和状态。
Qualifications
【任职要求】
1.计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、自动化、车联工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上车载领域项目管理相关经验，优先考虑跨域的项目开发经验；
3.熟悉项目管理的流程、方式方法以及工具；
4.突出的沟通理解能力，跨部门协调能力，学习能力以及汇报总结能力；
5.具备强的执行力，有大局观且能注重细节，思路逻辑清晰；
6.具备强的抗压能力，高逆商，以及较强的自我反思能力；
7.能适应客户端的长时间出差和驻场的要求；
8.具备良好的市场洞察能力、逻辑分析能力；
9.具有智驾领域或融合座舱领域相关开发或管理经验者优先；
10.具有PMP、ACP相关证书优先； 熟练的英语书面以及口语能力。
