岗位概述
打造面向自动驾驶的下一代数据与仿真引擎，探索生成式 AI 在虚拟场景构建与仿真视频生成中的落地应用。 参与从 视频生成模型到仿真场景自动生成与控制 的完整链路研发，推动生成式算法真正服务于现实世界的算法训练与验证。
岗位职责
- 设计与实现基于 生成式模型 的视频生成算法；
- 研究 时序一致性、物理约束性 的生成机制，确保生成视频在仿真中的可用性；
- 构建从 prompt / layout 到 scene / video 的语义驱动生成工具链；
- 推动数据合成模型与 仿真引擎（Unreal Engine / Omniverse / Isaac Sim） 深度集成，实现闭环数据生产；
- 优化推理与训练效率，提升模型的部署与大规模生产能力；
- 与感知、规划、仿真团队协作，将生成式仿真数据用于算法验证与性能评估。
Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业；
- 熟悉 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架；
- 具备 视频生成、世界模型（World Model）、或多模态生成 相关经验；
- 理解 Diffusion、Transformer、Latent Space Representation 等主流生成范式；
- 扎实的数学功底（线性代数、概率统计、优化理论）；
- 较强的工程能力，能将研究成果转化为可落地方案。
加分项：
- 熟悉 NVIDIA COSMOS、Sora、Genie、VideoComposer、DreamGaussian 等模型框架；
- 有 仿真系统 / 自动驾驶数据 / Unreal Engine / Omniverse 等经验；
- 参与过开源项目或发表过 CVPR / ICCV / NeurIPS / ICLR 等会议论文；
