[Internship] Logistics Cost Clearance Intern (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

• Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
• Process invoice for payment on time.
• Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
• Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request. 
• Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time     

Qualifications

• Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship majoring in Logistics or Supply chain management
• Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
• Eloquent in Japanese (N3 or upper), English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills, good English communication skills
• Proactive, hardworking, and independent
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
