负责uboot和QNX BSP的开发，适配芯片厂商驱动满足新的硬件。
驱动包括emmc, eth, I2C, pinmux, IO， DMA watchdog等。
基于linux驱动修改适配QNX驱动。 负责MCU和MPU的通信开发。
和芯片厂商沟通，讨论需求。和硬件工程师合作分析电路设计驱动实现需求。
分析定位驱动问题，并解决。
负责培训和指导团队完成相关任务。
Qualifications
能力要求：
熟悉uboot及其相关命令和工具，适配相关外设如eth, emmc。
熟悉QNX及其相关命令和工具，适配相关外设如eth, emmc，IO等。
熟悉QNX系统，熟悉进程调度，中断和通信机制。
熟悉QNX文件系统，熟练掌握相关工具。
熟练掌握多核通信的锁机制和无锁通信。
熟悉常用库及其相关依赖，能够优化裁剪系统。
熟练使用QNX momentics IDE。
熟练掌握QNX的性能分析工具profiler。
熟悉shell。
熟悉phython是加分项
熟悉NXP eth phy是加分项。
熟悉gptp协议是加分项
