Cálculo de pago IMSS, RCV E INFONAVIT en SUA

Funciones especificas del puesto

  • Cálculo de pagos mensuales de IMSS.
  • Cálculo de pagos bimestrales de RCV e INFONAVIT.
  • Cálculo anual de Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo
  • Exportaciones de datos de TRESS a IDSE de movimiento (Altas, Bajas y Modificaciones de salarios)
  • Exportaciones de datos de TRESS a SUA
  • Autorizaciones de trámites de créditos INFONAVIT
  • Intercomunicación con INFONAVIT
  • Revisiones periódicas Portal INFONAVIT para avisos de retenciones
  • Revisiones periódicas Portal INFONAVIT para Aclaraciones de diferencias.
  • Autorizaciones de Incapacidades por maternidad por escritorio virtual IMSS.
  • Conciliación TRESS e IDSE
  • Conciliación SUA y TRESS
  • Conciliación SUA e IDSE
  • Revisiones periódicas ST7, ST9. ST2 con EHS y RH
  • Envío de documentación para Auditores externos por el Dictamen IMSS e INFONAVIT.
  • Revisiones Bimestrales de Variables y enviarlas al IMSS por IDSE
  • Revisiones de cambios anuales Salarios Diarios, UMA, UMI.
  • Aclaraciones de diferencias IMSS e INFONAVIT
  • Otras actividades de naturaleza análoga
  • Asistir al Supervisor de Contabilidad

Qualifications

Educación: 

  • Carrera Universitaria en Contabilidad o afín

Experiencia:

  • 2 años de experiencia general en contabilidad o finanzas.

Idiomas:

  • Ingles intermedio

Otras Competencias:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Sistemas Contables
  • Manejo de sistema TRESS preferentemente
  • Deseable experiencia atendiendo auditorias de Seguro Social e Infonavit.
