Job Description

Administra la información contable y financiera que refleja la operación de la planta y que ayuda en la toma de decisiones, así como también lleva el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales vigentes.

Funciones especficas del puesto

 

Impuestos

  • Elaboración y seguimiento de solicitudes de devoluciones de impuestos de la empresa.
  • Asistencia en la preparación de declaraciones mensuales y anuales ante autoridades fiscales.
  • Elaboración de declaraciones mensuales y anuales INEGI.
  • Elaboración de proyecciones anuales de impuestos.
  • Atención y cumplimiento a requerimientos de autoridades.
  • Calculo y facturación de arrendamiento mensual.
  • Identificar las áreas de oportunidad para mejorar continuamente las actividades en el departamento de Contabilidad

Contabilidad

  • Elaboración de pólizas contables mensuales.
  • Elaboración de conciliaciones de cuentas de balance.
  • Elaboración de conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Elaboración de reportes y análisis de acuerdo con requerimientos de la compañía.
  • Asistencia en atención y seguimiento en auditorías Internas (SOX), así como de autoridades fiscales.

Qualifications

Educación:

  • Carrera Universitaria en Contabilidad o afin.

Experiencia:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia general en contabilidad o finanzas.

Idiomas:

  • Ingles intermedio-alto

Otras Competencias:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Sistemas Contables
