Stellenbeschreibung
- Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Zerspanungsmaschinen inkl. Automation (z. B. Werkstücklader, Roboter)
- Einlesen, Einfahren und Optimieren von Bearbeitungsprogrammen
- Vorbereitung, Vermessung und Wechsel von Werkzeugen sowie Spannmitteln
- Fertigung von Erstteilen und Serienbauteilen nach Zeichnung und Maßprotokoll
- Überwachung der Bearbeitungsprozesse und aktive Fehleranalyse bei Abweichungen
- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und vollständige Dokumentation in Produktions- und Prüfsystemen
- Kennzeichnen, Entgraten, Verpacken und Bereitstellen der Bauteile
- Mitarbeit bei der Serienanläufen neuer Bauteile sowie bei Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserungen
- Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten im definierten Rahmen
- Mitarbeit bei Störungsbeseitigungen an Maschinen und Automationen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
- Kenntnisse im Zeichnungslesen
- Grundkenntnisse über Bearbeitungsmaschinen und -werkzeuge
- Programmiergrundkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (insbesondere vollkontinuierliches Schichtsystem: 6/4 Modell)
