Stellenbeschreibung
- Penetrantprüfung und Endkontrolle: Einrichten, Bedienen, Dokumentieren und die Beherrschung der Anlagentechnik
- Anlagensicherheit: Störungen beseitigen und Wartung der Anlage
- BDE-Bedienung: Aufträge laden, anmelden, Stückzahlerfassung
- Härte- und Maßprüfung der Bauteile aus Aluminium, Magnesium und Titan
- Kontrolle: Kontrollieren der Bauteile auf Falten, Schlieren, Fehlmaterial
- Unterstützung bei Audits
Qualifikationen
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
- Erste Berührungspunkte / Erfahrungen in der Qualitätssicherung sind von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Wünschenswert ist die Zulassung nach Penetrantprüfung Level II
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblichen oder handwerklichen Bereich
- Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- SAP und MS-Office Kenntnisse
