- Gesamten Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI-LPH 1-9
- Bauherrnvertretung; Auswahl, Beauftragung und fachliche Überwachung externe Planungs-Dienstleister und Abnahme der Planungsleistung
- Erstellung von Bauantragsunterlagen gemäß BauO NRW und Umsetzung der behördlichen Auflagen
- Ermittlung und Ausführung von baulichen Instandhaltungsprojekten und -maßnahmen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
- Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Bauleitung sowie im Projektmanagement
- Gute CAD, SAP- und MS-Office -Kenntnisse
