Stellenbeschreibung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung aller im chemischen Labor anfallenden analytischen Prüfungen (RFA, F-OES, ICP-OES, H2-Heißgasextraktion, Ionen-Chromatographie, Fotometrie, Titration)
- Analyse der betrieblichen Galvanikbäder, Beizen, Salz- und Polyalkylenglykol-Abschreckbäder, Wasser- und Abwasserproben nach vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Korrosionsversuchen (Schicht-, Interkristalline- & Spannungsriss-Korrosion) nach Normen und Anweisungen
- Probenvorbereitung mittels spanender Bearbeitung (Säge / Fräse / Drehbank)
- Analyse von Werkstoffen Erstellung von Dokumentationen
- Störungsbeseitigung an Analysegeräte und automatischen Analysenanlagen sowie deren Wartung und Kalibrierung
- Ansetzen von chemischen Lösungen für die Produktionsbereiche und Kläranlagen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Chemielabor
- Kenntnisse über betriebliche Zusammenhänge
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Analysegeräten:
- Funkenemissionsspektrometer
- ICP-Spektrometer
- Heißgasextraktionsapparat
- Ionen-Chromatographie
- Potentiometrische Titration
- Fähigkeit kleinere Wartungen und Reparaturen an Analysengeräten und Probenvorbereitungsmaschinen selbständig durchzuführen
