Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie begleiten und steuern die SAP‑MES‑Rollouts direkt aus der Produktion heraus
- Prozessgestaltung gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und der IT
- Bestehende Abläufe nehmen Sie strukturiert auf und bewerten zukünftige MES‑Prozesse aus Sicht eines Endanwenders in der Produktion
- Als Produktionsexperte stellen Sie alle notwendigen Informationen für den Rollout bereit (Maschinenübersichten, Prozessdetails, physische Rahmenbedingungen)
- Sie fungieren in der Produktion als zentrale Ansprechperson für SAP MES und als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Produktion
- Beratung der Fachbereiche zur optimalen Nutzung von SAP MES & Support der Endanwender als First-Level-Support
- Sie analysieren Prozesse, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und setzen Optimierungsprojekte eigenständig um
- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen.
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerblich‑technische Ausbildung
- Während der Projektphase und der Implementierung sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner in der Produktion (Schichtsystem) als Key User für das Projekt. Hier ist es notwendig, alle Kolleg*innen zu erreichen und zielgerichtet zu unterstützen. Somit ist eine Bereitschaft die Tätigkeit auch außerhalb der Gleitzeit durchzuführen, erforderlich.
- IT‑Affinität mit guten Kenntnissen in SAP R/3, idealerweise S/4, SAP MES, SAP EWM und MS Office
- Kenntnisse über Produkte, Prozesse und Materialflüsse
- Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionslogistik, Arbeitssteuerung und Qualitätsmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Engagement, Resilienz und Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
