- Kennzeichnung und Aussägen von Probenrohlingen aus allen Produkten und Halbzeugen, entsprechend den vorgegebenen Prüfplänen
- Markieren der Probenkörper (Material, Seriennummer, Probennummer und -orientierung)
- Kennzeichnen der Proben mittels Borries Prägemaschine
- Fertigen der Proben mit sehr engen Toleranzen mittels Sägen, Fräsen, Drehen, Schleifen und Polieren
- Maßkontrolle und Oberflächenkontrolle, z.B. mit dem Keyence Profilprojektor
- Rückmeldung des Probenstatus in SAP
- Pflege und Wartung der eingesetzten Maschinen
- Leitfähigkeits- und Härteprüfung (Brinell, Vickers)
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf (z.B. Zerspanungs- oder Werkzeugmechaniker) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Erfahrung
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Steuerungskenntnisse (Fanuc und Siemens)
- Kenntnisse im Zeichnungslesen
- Sicherer im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
- Sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise bei hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Interesse an stetigem Lernen
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
