Was Sie bei uns erwartet
- Verantwortung: Unterstützung bei der operativen Steuerung der Abteilung im Rahmen der Produktionsplanung zur Erreichung des Abteilungsergebnisses
- Organisationstalent: Terminverfolgung der Produkte von der Vormaterialdisposition innerhalb des Betriebes bis zum Versand [end to end] so wie die
- Disposition & Beschaffung von Vormaterial
- Administration: Erstellung von Produktionsprogramm- und Maschinenbelegungsplänen
- Kommunikationstalent: Planung und Steuerung externer nationaler und internationaler Dienstleister
- Dienstleistungsorientierung: Internationale Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der Produktionsplanung und primärer Ansprechpartner für den Vertrieb
- Zahlenaffinität: Ermittlung und Überwachung von Produktionsdaten, Pflege von Auftrags- und Stammdaten
- Analysefähigkeit: Aufbereitung der Daten und Kennzahlen zur Information aller Beteiligten
- Teamwork: Abstimmung mit den Produktionsmeistern sowie dem Vertrieb, Labor, Logistik, QM, QS, Metalleinkauf
Qualifikationen
Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung und -Steuerung, Arbeitsvorbereitung bzw. Supply Chain Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse eines Produktionsplanungssystems (z.B. SAP-PP), MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit über Hierarchieebenen
- Organisationstalent und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
