Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced female E-commerce & Digital Growth Specialist (4+ years) who will own and optimize the entire digital ecosystem for our Shopify store. You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion, executing email and digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising, enhancing organic search visibility, and ensuring consistent brand presence across digital channels.
You should be strategic, analytically minded, and hands-on โ capable of both planning and executing growth initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Website Optimization
You will manage and enhance the Shopify store โ improving UX, product pages, collection structures, navigation, theme performance, and conversion paths. Ensure product content, imagery, SEO metadata, and landing pages are optimized to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain and improve the online storefront experience.
- Optimize site content structure for SEO and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement enhancements.
Email & Klaviyo Marketing
Develop and execute high-performing email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive retention, repeat purchases, and lifecycle engagement.
- Build Klaviyo segments, flows, triggered campaigns, automation and personalization.
- Monitor deliverability, A/B testing, and revenue attribution for email flows.
- Craft compelling promotional and lifecycle email campaigns.
Paid Digital Advertising (Google & Meta)
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Facebook/Instagram.
- Plan, launch, monitor and scale performance campaigns.
- Use data to refine audience targeting, creative messaging, and budget allocation.
- Report on ROI and key performance metrics regularly.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Implement SEO strategies to boost organic search performance and traffic growth.
- Perform keyword research and on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, internal linking).
- Optimize content and product pages for relevant search visibility.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and implement technical or content recommendations.
Social Media Management & Content
Manage social platforms to build community, brand engagement and traffic from social channels.
- Plan and schedule social content supporting campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Work with creatives to generate social visuals and copy aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor social metrics and optimize posts based on performance.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Track and report on e-commerce performance using analytics and platform reports.
- Use Shopify analytics, Google Analytics and ad platform insights to measure KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Track email revenue, paid media ROI, organic traffic, and customer behaviour.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with external partners, creative teams, and other internal functions to execute high-impact campaigns and align on strategy.
Experience & Qualifications
Must-have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in e-commerce marketing, digital advertising, or online growth roles (Shopify preferred).
- Proven expertise managing Shopify stores โ optimizing product pages, site flow, UX, and conversion.
- Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads management and optimization.
- Strong SEO skills โ keyword research, on-page optimization, organic growth strategies.
- Experience managing and executing social media content and engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting insights.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SMS marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Basic HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid.
- Experience in skincare, DTC or retail e-commerce sectors.
