Job Description

  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery commitments to support production and business requirements.

  • Manage purchase orders and closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities based on demand signals.

  • Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery, and inventory records in the system.

  • Coordinate with purchasing teams across XP Group factories for material allocation, exchange, and alignment.

  • Analyze supplier capacity, market conditions, and lead time trends to identify and mitigate material supply risks.

  • Support material control and cross-functional teams by providing timely and accurate updates on material status and delivery issues.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data reviews to support purchasing and inventory decisions.

  • Act as a key communication bridge between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

  • Participate in and support company initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business,Β or a related discipline.

  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in EMS, electronics, or a high-mix manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and lead time management.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supply risks and make data-driven decisions.

  • Good communication skills; ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
