Position Summary

The Prefab Support Specialist is responsible for carrying out the Logistics Facility day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently within the warehouse:

  • Assisting all prefabrication workflows by supplying material to the material staging area.
  • Maintains electronic records for the staging and receiving of jobsite materials via approved software application.
  • Assist with moving finished prefab product to the shipping area.
  • Stacking/ prestaging prefab products in a manner that would be safe to ship
  • Load trucks with Prefab finished product in accordance with DOT Regulations
  • Weather proofing of finished goods to allow for shipping during inclement weather
  • Is required to assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the finished goods in the Facility
  • Remove all trash/ scrap metal from various work stations within the warehouse daily
  • Maintain a clean work space
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


    Work Experience

    Required:

    • Valid driver’s license required
    • Ability to take direction from others
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Possesses or has a willingness to obtain a forklift license
    • Possesses or has a willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification


    Education:

    Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Intermediate computer skills
    • Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as attention to detail
    • Adapts quickly to changing work environments

    • Travel is primarily local during the business day
