You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with crews on active jobsites, demonstrating Lighthouse means and methods while reinforcing accountability for quality, planning, and execution.

This role partners closely with Workforce Development, Project Teams, and Enterprise Support groups to translate standards, systems, and deliverables into practical field execution.
