Job Description

Ground Operations & Passenger Handling

You are responsible for marshalling and hangaring aircraft, as well as providing passenger care. In addition, you ensure the availability of required ground support equipment (GSE), coordinate and carry out aircraft refueling, and take care of both the exterior and interior cleaning of the aircraft. You also handle aircraft catering and perform fueling station services to ensure smooth ground operations.

Documentation & Coordination

You maintain checklists, keep relevant calendars up to date, and accurately document refueling activities to ensure a structured and traceable workflow in daily operations.

Teamwork & Communication

You collaborate closely with your team and supervisors and contribute to smooth and efficient daily operations through your strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken 
• Careful and conscientious work in a team
• Good technical knowledge
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned.
• Willingness to undergo further training
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Driving license class B

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
