As On Premise Festival & Event Manager, you will lead Red Bull’s presence across music festivals, street culture, lifestyle, and third‑party events nationwide, turning events into powerful brand experiences that give wings to people and ideas.

You will own the national strategy, planning, and execution of Red Bull On Premise festivals and events in Japan. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will maximize brand impact, secure win‑win partnerships, and ensure world‑class execution at every event.

Job Description

Event Strategy & Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with festival organizers, promoters, creators, agencies, and key On Premise partners.
• Map and deeply understand Japan’s event landscape to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Create and execute the national festival & event strategy in alignment with international guidelines and local market needs.
• Negotiate partnerships that turn investment into content, visibility, and long‑term value. 

Event Management & Execution

• Secure Red Bull’s presence and ensure high‑quality 360° execution at music festivals and third‑party events.
• Manage allocation and usage of On Premise event tools and equipment, driving efficiency and ROI.
• Track, evaluate, and report event performance and results.
• Support On Premise teams and Musketeers with tools, concepts, and best‑in‑class execution. 

Contribution & Market Insight

• Act as a Red Bull ambassador internally and externally.
• Share best practices locally and internationally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging event formats.
• Turn insights into innovative programs that strengthen brand image and drive business growth. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in consumer events, festivals, or event marketing.
• Strong understanding of On Premise environments and event culture.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent Japanese (written & spoken) and business‑level English.
