Sous la direction du Maître d'hôtel, le serveur, la serveuse aura pour principales missions :
- Effectuer le service de nourriture et consommations
- Organiser et surveiller son rang
- Prendre les commandes en tenant compte des goûts et des désirs des clients
- Établir la facturation et encaisser les additions
- Être capable d’apprendre un menu et de l’expliquer
- Fournir un travail précis et efficace
- Savoir mettre en avant les spécialités du chef
Qualifications
- Connaissance des vins, cocktails, scotch et spiritueux, un atout
- Être passionné de restauration
- Aimer travailler en équipe, avoir le sourire facile et être dynamique
- Excellente présentation professionnelle
- Bilingue Français/Anglais obligatoire
- Connaissance du système Maître D est un atout
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience un atout
