  • Le Second de Cuisine doit être capable de
  • Diriger l’équipe en l’absence du chef.
  • De maintenir les standards de qualité de la maison
  • De participer au processus de création des plats
  • D’avoir une attitude Ecoresponsable et le respect des produits et du matériel

Qualifications

Le profil recherché est un(e) jeune possédant déjà une bonne expérience dans des établissements de catégorie équivalente, 2 ou 3 étoiles Michelin ou en boutique.

Niveau d'étude : Bac pro ou BTS

Nous demandons beaucoup de motivation et de passion pour la cuisine et la gastronomie en général, de la rigueur et la capacité à travailler en équipe.
Bien entendu une bonne hygiène personnelle et dans le travail
