函館山の中腹、船見町幸坂に立つ旧ロシア領事館は、今から100年以上前に帝政時代のロシアが立てた日本に唯一現存する歴史的建造物です。
この建物の再生にあたり、新たにウェルネス棟を増築し、2025年7月12日に開業いたしました。
