Descrizione del lavoro

Accogliere gli ospiti all’arrivo ed assistere gli ospiti in casa o in partenza, nel rispetto degli standard di servizio di Borgo Pignano

Gestire il trasporto e lo stoccaggio dei bagagli in modo sicuro ed efficiente durante tutto il turno.

Monitorare e mantenere l’ordine e la sicurezza delle aree di ingresso, delle zone di servizio e delle aree comuni.

Assicurare che gli spazi di accesso alla struttura siano sempre puliti, ordinati e accoglienti.

Effettuare le pulizie e il mantenimento dell’igiene nelle zone comuni, inclusi hall, bar e ristorante, secondo gli standard di Borgo Pignano.

Dare supporto al Night Manager per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti

Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali anomalie, problemi di sicurezza o richieste particolari degli ospiti ai supervisori o al responsabile di turno.

Fornire assistenza ed informazioni base agli ospiti in merito ai servizi dell’hotel e alla struttura.

Supportare le operazioni interne dell’hotel, inclusa la movimentazione di merci e attrezzature necessarie durante il turno notturno.

Garantire la cura e la manutenzione delle aree affidate, contribuendo a mantenere un ambiente ordinato e sicuro anche durante le ore notturne.
