Description du poste
EN TANT QUE CHEF DE RANG
- Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du service et assurez une qualité d’accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle.
- Vous connaissez parfaitement la carte afin de répondre aux attentes des clients.
- Vous procèderez notamment aux différentes opérations de service et de mise en place dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein de votre hôtel.
Qualifications
- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation hôtelière type BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, BTS vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins X années à un poste et établissement similaire.
- Vous disposez d’une excellente présentation et d’un bon relationnel. Vous êtes motivé(e)s, avez un sens aigu de l’organisation et du travail en équipe.
- La maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire.
