Founded in 1973 on a dirt lot in Hebron, Ohio, RCD RV has since grown to be one of Ohio’s leading RV dealerships with 3 locations outside of Columbus, Ohio. Our Service Advisors are at the forefront of our service department. They are the problem- solvers and key players in cultivating relationships and maintaining communication with our customers.  We are willing to train and develop an individual that will be the perfect fit for our team. The amount of experience in the RV industry is less important than having the qualities of a successful service advisor (communication, punctual, hustle, reliability, positive attitude…etc)

Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.
• Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repairs needed or maintenance recommended.
• Prepare repair orders outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs/maintenance that is needed.
• Keep in close contact with customers updating them on the status of their service work.
• Work with our manufactures and suppliers to determine warranty coverage for repairs.
• Provide estimates for repairs to customers and insurance companies.
