About the team

The Corporate accounting team is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

About the position

In this role, you will work within the Accounting team, supporting diverse projects for various group entities, including accounting, analysis, reporting, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities 

• Preparation of work papers and support for tax advisors in preparation of monthly and annual tax returns for different countries. 
• ERP optimization projects: Act as a dedicated liaison for improvement initiatives and Monitoring progress.
• SOX Compliance: Supporting the implementation of internal controls in our plataform and Narratives updates.
• Complex Operations Analysis: Reconciliation of complex items.
• Treasury Administration & Setup: Execution of administrative treasury processes, including the setup of new bank accounts, management of legal representatives/power of attorney, and other configurations that may be required.
• Identify and communicate related process improvement opportunities.

Location  

Remote work from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with twice per month in office meetings. 

About you

Experience

• Bachelor degree in Accounting (or students with meaningful work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and experience with ERPs are a must.

Skills

• Proficient organizational and time management skills to independently prioritize multiple tasks and bring projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
