Account Manager (m/w/d)

Munich / Nördlingen / remote (Germany)



Your Role



As an Account Manager at LRE Medical, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customers, managing both strategic and operational aspects of the relationship. This is a full-cycle role — from business development and contract negotiation to project alignment and long-term account growth.

You will work independently, without traditional inside sales support, and take full responsibility for all commercial activities within your accounts.


 

Key Responsibilities



  • Own and manage customer relationships end-to-end, from acquisition to longterm partnership
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
  • Drive both strategic account development and day-to-day operational business
  • Act as the interface between the customer and internal departments (e.g. engineering, operations, quality, supply chain)
  • Coordinate internal alignment and ensure successful project execution
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand existing business within your accounts
  • Manage forecasts, reporting, and pipeline development
  • Represent LRE Medical in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events


 

Your Profile



  • 3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business
    Development in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics or Medical Technology Industry
  • Strong technical background: Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a scientific field strongly preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take initiative and drive topics independently
  • Experience managing complex customer projects and long sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of contractual and commercial frameworks
  • Ability to operate confidently across technical and commercial discussions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style
  • Fluent in English and German
