Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Drive employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and strengthen company culture. This role is responsible for designing and executing engagement programs, internal communication, recognition initiatives, and CSR activities, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

A.     Employee Engagement & DEIB Initiatives

  • Plan and implement employee engagement programs focusing on Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and financial wellbeing
  • Support DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives aligned with company strategy
  • Monitor engagement effectiveness and investment efficiency and continuously improve programs based on employee feedback

B.      People & Culture Initiatives & Internal Communication

  • Plan and organize key company events such as Sika Day, Town Halls, and other cultural activities
  • Drive internal HR communication across platforms (e.g., Sikaworld, Sika Vietnam channel, newsletters, announcements)
  • Ensure timely, engaging, and consistent messaging to enhance employee awareness and participation
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Admin, departments, Trade Union, etc.) for event execution

C.      Recognition & Appreciation Programs

  • Plan, propose, organize and promote recognition programs at corporate, regional, and local levels
  • Implement these programs and other employee appreciation initiatives to reinforce company values and culture
  • Track and improve program effectiveness and reporting to drive employee motivation and engagement

D.     CSR, Business Travel & External Relations Support

  • Plan, coordinate, organize and report on employee-based CSR activities and community engagement programs
  • Back-up support administration and documentation for business travel (Biz trip)
  • Back-up support for external relations paperwork with relevant authorities or partners as assigned

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, internal communication, or event coordination & HR compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills (both Vietnamese & English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, internal communication tools)
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Personal attributes:

  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about employee engagement
  • Strong ownership with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities/events
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

WORK BASE

Head Office: 10th Street, Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Company shuttle service is available from Ho Chi Minh City to the Dong Nai factory.
