Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support hiring activities in EMEA. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on administrative coordination and candidate management. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in an international environment.

• Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA Functions
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support applicant tracking system SmartRecruiters with data entry and updates
• Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct CV screening for selected roles, where required
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting

• Location: Alcobendas
• Contract type: Internship (Mandatory University agreement)
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 6h/day (8h-14h)
• Compensation: 720€/month

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
• Availability to establish an agreement with the university for at least 6 months.
• First experience or strong interest in recruitment / HR is an advantage
• Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Mandatory Spanish and English (minimum C1 in both) languages, essential for international communication.
• Additional languages are a plus (French, German, etc.).
