With an aim to become number one construction chemical company in Pakistan, Sika Pakistan opened its head office in Lahore with regional offices in Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad. Simultaneously, Sika Pakistan also launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during the first year of the start of operations in Pakistan to facilitate its customer needs. 

Job Description

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Concrete target market in the Center Region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and ready-mix producers.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships through technical support, solution-based selling, and project follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and R&D teams to introduce innovative solutions aligned with market needs.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure achievement of sales volume, margin, and collection targets as per company objectives.
• Represent the company in technical seminars, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in sales/business development within the construction chemicals or concrete industry
• Strong technical understanding of concrete admixtures and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with a strong business acumen and regional market knowledge.
