Job Description

  • Répondre aux clients et utilisateurs des produits de construction de l’entreprise via la ligne HOTLINE
  • Organisation, réalisation et suivi des formations
  • Suivre les dossiers clients depuis la survenue d’un incident jusqu'à la résolution et la clôture
  • Formations des Point de vente distributions, des Ingénieurs du génie civile, des écoles d’ingénieur et des BET (bureau d’études techniques)
  • Recenser les améliorations fonctionnelles souhaitées par les utilisateurs
  • Diagnostiquer et corriger les dysfonctionnements décrits par les utilisateurs
  • Accompagnement sur terrain des commerciaux distribution minimum
  • Réaliser l'intégration de nouveaux composants en respectant normes et standards définis
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive
  • Accompagnement des BET (bureau d’études techniques) lors de l’élaboration des CCTP des projets
  • Traitement du service client digital
  • Edition des fiches techniques
  • Rédiger des documentations pour les utilisateurs
  • Centraliser, analyser et transmettre les besoins d'amélioration des applications

Qualifications

  • BTS Action commercial, DUT, école de commerce ou équivalent.
