Descripción del empleo

Tus responsabilidades incluyen:

• Responsable del Calendario de Reservas de Salas de Capacitación y envío de notificaciones de cambios 
• Responsable de administrar plantillas regionales: planificación de recursos de capacitación, lista de NH del sitio, panel de 
rendimiento de nuevas contrataciones, encuestas de nuevas contrataciones, rastreador de análisis de observación de 
capacitación, etc 
• Validación de datos y comprobaciones de errores para garantizar la precisión de los datos.
• Encargado de actualizar los datos de rendimiento de iniciativas de Mejora Continua por Linea de Negocio y Sub-unidades 

Requisitos

Nuestro candidato ideal sera:

• Estudiante de administracion de empresas, ingenieria industrial, o carreras afines
• Competente en excel y herramientas ofimaticas
• Conocimiento en tablas dinamicas
