Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails, offering solutions to resolve concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive, professional team environment are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

 

Fresh graduates & dropouts are welcome!
Good communication and customer service skills (optional)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working as part of a team
Fluent in English (B2/C1 level)
Flexibility with rotational night/overnight shifts
