Job Description

As a 7.5T Driver, you will play a key role in delivering plastic pipes and associated products to customers throughout Berkhamsted and the surrounding areas. Representing the Company on the road and at customer sites, you will be responsible for providing a professional and reliable service at all times.If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity with a supportive team and a well-established company, we would love to hear from you.   • Ensure efficient & safe operation of the vehicle
  • Strive to complete on time delivery of orders to JDP customers
  • Comply with all vehicle and drivers' legislation

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Class C Licence
  • Some Driver CPC training
  • Digital driving licence (tacho card)
  • An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
  • Detailed understanding of driver procedures “driving hours rules & regulations”
  • Determine the most efficient route for daily delivery schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills

Qualifications

Class C1 licence. Minimum requirement

Desirable:

  • FLT experience would be an advantage.
