Stellenbeschreibung
- Betreuung unserer Kunden/innen rund um das Thema Mietwagen und Werkstattersatzwagen
- Verwaltung unserer Rhein-Rent Fuhrparks von bis zu 50 Fahrzeugen inkl. Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung (Laden, Tanken, Reinigen) der Fahrzeuge
- Übergabe und Rücknahme der Fahrzeuge bei Werkstattterminen
- Verbindliche Verwaltung und Zuordnung von Verkehrsordnungswidrigkeiten
- Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau f. Spedition u. Logistikdienstleistung / Disposition / Hotelkaufmann/Kauffrau oder ähnliche Ausbildung
- Oder bereits Erfahrungen im Fuhrparkmanagement oder Autovermietung
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Gute Umgangsformen im Kundenkontakt
- Sehr großes Organisationstalent
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
