Stellenbeschreibung
- Beratung und Betreuung unsere Kunden/innen für die Marken BMW und MINI
- Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceleistungen / Teile und Zubehör
- Kundenbeziehungen und Kundenzufriedenheit aufbauen
- selbstständige Auftragserstellung und Abwicklung
Qualifikationen
- Sie sind Serviceberater/in / Kfz-Mechaniker/in / Servicetechniker/in / Kfz-Meister/in oder haben eine Ausbildung Automobilkaufleute mit großem technischem Interesse bzw. Fachwissen
- Ein sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten, hohes Engagement sowie Freude im Umgang mit Kund/innen und Kolleg/innen
- Führerschein Klasse B
