Job Description

As a project manager you will be deployed on internal projects or for our clients: banks, government institutions, manufacturing organizations,... You will be responsible for the smooth running and delivery of infrastructure and digital workplace projects. You draw up a project schedule and keep a clear overview of the steps to be taken, you can discuss the technical and functional requirements and anticipate possible challenges. You take ownership of managing customer expectations, turning them into well‑defined and actionable project objectives. In addition, you manage the project team, keeping them focused on achieving results in terms of quality, budget, deadlines and scope. Furthermore you enjoy motivating employees, you know how to create a team spirit and you like helping people grow. You therefore know how to identify the needs and requirements of the various stakeholders and are able to work from a people minded perspective.

You’ll Have Knowledge And Experience Of The Following

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project management of infrastructure projects
• Prepare requirement analyses, distinguishing between user vs. technical requirements
• Managing and supervising teams
• Principles of ITIL & Agile
• Certification in project management is a plus, e.g. Prince2, Agile, ITIL, ..
• Notion of infrastructure technologies such as Azure, cloud, firewalls, VmWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Servers
• Notion of digital workplace tools of M365 (Office 365, SharePoint,…)
• Motivating teammembers, creating team spirit and helping people grow
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills: you are able to draw the right conclusions and determine a well-considered approach, adapted to the needs of the customer
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining your project administration in good order
• Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a nice to have.
