Overall Job Purpose:
- 积极寻找并开发新客户，不断扩大公司的客户群，并完成或超越既定的销售业绩指标.
- 深度挖掘现有客户的潜在需求，维护并深化与客户的长期合作关系，提高客户满意度和忠诚度，确保业务的稳定性.
Key Responsibilities:
- 负责国际货运销售业务拓展, 日常电话业务拜访.
- 及时了解并收集市场信息和行业动态，根据公司要求开展和处理销售业务，制定销售计划并有效实施.
- 维护良好的客户关系，同时挖掘潜在客户，开发新客户确保销售指标完成.
- 了解客户需求，为客户快速提供合理的运输方案和报价.
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Education/Technical Skills:
- 大专及本科学历.
- 英语四级以上、具备良好的英文书写和沟通能力.
- Knowledge/ Work Experience:
- 熟悉国际贸易、海运、空运，货代行业销售经验2年以上.
- 熟练操作计算机和办公软件
- Key Behavioral Competencies:
- 具备良好的团队服务意识和较强的敬业精神.
- 具备较强的责任心、诚实守信、积极主动的工作态度.
