We are currently seeking a strong UI/UX Designer who will be pivotal in translating concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences. This role demands a creative yet analytical approach to design, focusing on delivering user-centric solutions that are optimized for performance and engagement across various devices.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within DTC brands and/or digital agencies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design.
  • Proven ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
  • Experience leading design projects and collaborating in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience in eCommerce web design and understanding of CRO principles.
  • Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, and other prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create seamless user experiences across on eCommerce websites and landing pages, encompassing everything from initial concept sitemaps to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify design problems and deliver strategic, user-centered solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuously iterate on design projects based on user feedback and testing, ensuring optimal usability and adherence to the latest best practices in UX/UI design.

Success Roadmap

In the First 30 Days

  • Acclimate to the team and existing projects.
  • Begin contributing to ongoing design tasks, absorbing the company’s design philosophy and tools.
  • Start engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Within 60 Days

  • Take ownership of specific design projects, focusing on delivering wireframes and prototypes while collaborating closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design.

By the 90-Day Mark

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to refine designs based on user testing and stakeholder input, demonstrating an ability to rapidly iterate and enhance user interfaces.

Within One Year

  • Drive innovation in design processes and outputs, leading to a significant uplift in client satisfaction and user interaction rates.
  • Mentor others and contribute to the evolution of the company’s design standards and practices, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge UX/UI trends.


Job Type

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Available to work during Eastern Time
  • Remote position with the potential for occasional on-site/off-site retreats
