Job Description

Position Overview
We're looking for an passionate and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Salary: Up to £33.000.00 Per Year - Full Time Role

Part Time Role - Up to £15 Per Hour

Fixed Hours Contract - 15 - 20 - 30 Hours per week 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
2. Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
3. Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
4. Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
5. Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
6. Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
