Description du poste

1. Analyse des besoins clients
   • Étudier les RFQ (Request for Quotation) et cahiers des charges.
   • Identifier le cadre et les exigences réglementaires applicables (EU 2019/2144, 2017/1151, R58, R73, R93, R142, R43, etc.) au projet du client
   • Définir le périmètre technique (essais, documentation, rapport, audits).
2. Construction de l’offre technique
   • Décomposer le projet en lots homogènes :
     • Support projet & conseil réglementaire
     • Dossier d’homologation
     • Dossier de certification / audit
     • Essais (laboratoire, piste, simulation)
   • Évaluer les ressources nécessaires (laboratoires, ingénieurs, équipements).
3. Chiffrage et optimisation
   • Calculer les coûts directs (essais, équipements, personnel) et indirects (logistique, conformité).
   • Intégrer les contraintes de planning et de capacité.
   • Proposer des options (forfait, à la ligne, enveloppe budgétaire).
4. Interface technique-commerciale
   • Collaborer avec les équipes Business Development, Validation, Laboratoires.
   • Présenter et défendre les devis auprès des clients.
   • Garantir la cohérence entre exigences réglementaires et offre financière.
5. Veille réglementaire et capitalisation
   • Maintenir une base de données des coûts par type d’essai.
   • Suivre l’évolution des normes (WLTP, RDE, AFID, e-fuels, ADAS).
   • Capitaliser les retours d’expérience pour améliorer la précision des devis.

Qualifications

• Techniques :
  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations EU/UN-ECE.
  • Maîtrise des processus d’homologation (M, N, O catégories).
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des annexes réglementaires (ex. EU 2021/535, 2017/1151).
• Organisationnelles :
  • Gestion multi-projets, priorisation.
  • Rigueur dans la traçabilité des hypothèses.
• Communication :
  • Capacité à vulgariser des contraintes techniques pour des interlocuteurs non experts.
  • Anglais professionnel (écrit/oral).

Profil idéal

• Formation : Ingénieur automobile ou mécanique.
• Expérience : 5+ ans en homologation, essais ou pricing technique.
• Connaissance des outils : ERP, PLM, Excel avancé, bases réglementaires (EUR-Lex, UNECE).
