About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Partnership Manager to build and grow long-term relationships across Government and Education portfolios.

 

This is not a passive account management role. It is a senior, opportunity creating position for someone who shapes demand early, builds trust well ahead of procurement, and positions Pro AV Solutions as a long-term technology partner rather than a transactional supplier.

 

You will engage deeply with government departments (state, and local), agencies, schools, universities, and education bodies, developing insight across stakeholders, estates, and future investment plans. Your focus is on converting early engagement into funded opportunities that span capital projects and long-term managed services.

 

Supported by Solutions Architects, Sales Support, Marketing, and advanced customer intelligence tools, you will build and execute a disciplined pipeline across 6, 12, and 18 month horizons, consistently turning pursuit into sustainable wins and recurring relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively create and convert new lifecycle opportunities across Government and Education portfolios, including schools, universities, and public sector agencies.
  • Engage customers early to shape scope, influence requirements, and position Pro AV Solutions well before formal tenders or procurement processes commence.
  • Build deep account intelligence through structured stakeholder mapping and multi-threaded engagement across technical, operational, commercial, and procurement functions.
  • Navigate government procurement frameworks, panels, and tenders with confidence, discipline, and a clear focus on winning profitable, repeatable work.
  • Lead opportunity pursuit end to end, from first engagement through to close, maintaining momentum, relevance, and competitive advantage throughout the sales cycle.
  • Clearly articulate Pro AV Solutions’ lifecycle value proposition, positioning outcomes, risk reduction, and long-term performance rather than one-off delivery.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Sales Support, Engineering, and Marketing to develop compelling, well-governed proposals that align to customer priorities and internal standards.
  • Secure bundled outcomes that combine capital delivery with recurring managed services, SLAs, or lifecycle support agreements.
  • Maintain a transparent, accurate pipeline with clear next actions, realistic forecasting, and strong commercial discipline.
  • Own the customer relationship across the full engagement lifecycle, ensuring trust, credibility, and a consistently high-quality experience while remaining focused on growth and conversion.
