Job Description

Job Summary

• Assisting to carry out the development and implementation of HR System / Platform in line with Policies and Procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with Senior HRIS and assist for the identification and implementation of HR Platforms for the successful delivery of projects based on organisation needs.
• Design HR dashboards for management update, prepare monthly MIS reports
• Updating of Master data in the HR platform and other systems
• Utilisation of HR platform standard functionalities across all modules
• Ensuring that 100% testing of the system is conducted i.e. integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Coordination and resolution of system issues with system users
• Collaborate with IT department for system integrations and upgrades
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and process guides
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users
• Assist in the configuration and customisation of HRIS modules
• Participate in HRIS vendor management and liaison activities
• Support HR analytics initiatives by extracting and analysing data from HRIS
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in HRIS operations

Qualifications

Experience

• 5 – 8 years of experience in HR, of which 4+ years in HR Systems
